Embryo is a place where new team members instantly feel welcome and as though they have been with the company for years on day 1! The managers and leadership team understand the value in prioritising their team's career progression and providing positive and constructive feedback when needed. There are always lots of fun social events to get involved with such as run clubs and book clubs, which adds to the already lovely workplace culture.

As Embryo has grown so quickly, it has come with its natural growth challenges, therefore, the team has spent a lot of time reviewing and implementing many processes to help combat the natural pain points that arise when a business experiences lots of change. It's also a shame that the office isn't big enough to have the whole team in at once to be able to collaborate more, however, the office rota does change on a monthly basis to help address this so that team members get to spend more time with everyone.
