- We never received inflation raises so technically at the time I was laid off, I was making less than I was when I initially started working with my team pre-acquisition.
- Onboarding process took months after my team was acquired by emerald.
- Executive team seemed really disorganized
- Poor planning- some people seemed overworked while others didn’t have much to do
- Felt I had no upward growth within my role at the company
- Felt I had no real representation when it came to bringing up issues within the company and the HR team seemed very unapproachable I felt couldn’t bring any of issues up with them. The one time I did, I was unceremoniously shot down.
- Frankly, the current employees should unionize.
