There are no pros working for this company. They don't care about their employees or staying in compliance with OSHA and the EPA. They are a constant disappointment to their customers and their vendors.

Cons

No employee appreciation and the morale has been driven into the ground by corporate. They have no one with any common sense in charge. No one is happy working here hints on how bad the turnover rate is. They don't promote within because they have no idea what their employees are worth or what they do because they don't care enough to find out. They don't train. The safety program is a joke HR is constantly stating they don't have time for employees. They are constantly out of compliance with DOT OSHA and EPA. If you want to work at corporate and be promoted you just have to be extremely unhelpful and not know anything.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your statements. To first address safety and environmental, compliance is not a choice. EPA and OSHA hold the highest standards and our team members meet those requirements. We are staffed with conscientious and diligent personnel across Emerald locations that focus on the wellbeing of those around them. This dedication expands to the entire corporate team including safety and human resources. The turnover rate is not as it was alluded it to be. Our average tenure is over five years and we proudly recognize 23% of our team who have worked for Emerald Transformer for ten or more years. Emerald Transformer will always be committed to its employees, customers, and communities.
