Full time employment and Flexible Scheduling! Supervisors and BCBAs that really care and help support you . I worked with other companies before Emerging Milestones as a RBT and after, I can honestly say they are the best. Unfortunately I had to relocate because of my family. I have been at 2 different companies after I left, still searching for the same level of support and a fulltime job - at my current employer I only see a Supervisor once in 2 months! At Emerging Milestones I meet weekly and they were available as needed! What you sign up for is what you get!

They used to provide overlaps for cancelations but couldn't do it for last months due the the pandemic which is understandable. Can't think of any cons when I know what you really get with other companies.
