Engineering is a large part of the company. Design Engineering team has grown strong and focused on technical, the work is steady and satisfying. The tools are evolving to leverage technology. Many opportunities to invent for the future. The Project and Supplier Quality teams are less strong in some areas. Relying on testing to solve issues. Global engineering departments are very strong as well.

Heavy workload at times. Never lacking something to do. Design Team should be afforded more visibility. Non-Design peers tend to present Design Engineer work upward. The pay is average to below average. Salary suppression is a real concern. They are trying to address it with some actions, but it feels like there is more interest in paying new people than appreciating the experienced talent they have.
