your first day at work, one of the top management make comment to your direct supervisor that your new employee is wearing a branded Sun glass!!!! and that means to him that the new guy is showing off! then you know you are in the wrong place. EDC is one man show place, where the CEO listen to only one incompetent lady. the lady herself needs a whole book. The place is full of fear and every one is using the other to show the CEO that I'm your man. No system, every day there is a memo contradicting the one before. No business system, M200+ AED revenue, still use excel sheets to manage employee vacation. bad environment, place feel like a bad school, if you go the car parking during working hours and you happen to come across the CEO you will get a warning letter the next say. these just to give reader an idea about the place. reader can only imagine the competence of head of departments!
