Pros

The office space is lovely. Good work life balance.

Cons

Emirates Reit Management fires people at a very high frequency. In a company of about 10 employees, on average, one is fired every 3 to 4 months. This includes an ex-CEO who was fired after 3-4 months. I would not recommend this company to anybody who is looking for stability in their career.

Pros

An ever evolving entity. I started off November 2014 and from then till now the team has more than doubled. You will learn, explore, develop and understand the true meaning of excelling in your career given the endless opportunities that will come your way time and again. The employees are trusted in good faith to anticipate, take decisions, make mistakes but grow. I could not have asked for a better leadership. The team is very friendly, culturally diverse and equality prevails. Everyone is given a fair chance to prove their abilities. Basic salary lies in the upper bracket of the average pay scale - I can say that for myself. Excellent health care benefits etc as well. The office environment itself leaves the employees spoilt. From the basic set up to the organic fruits in the pantry, it is wonderful!

Cons

The company is ever evolving with too much always happening at any given time. Many a times you would find things being done at the 11th hour. If you cannot deal with working well under pressure you may feel strained. I for one find it a more effective way of working! Dubai might be too hot for some, but the quality of life here surely makes up for the lack of green spots.

Pros

Free coffee and fruits, good medical insurance and if you're lucky a parking space too.

Cons

This company has a tendency of hiring people and firing them as soon as they make simple mistakes. Extremely high turnover of staff even though it is a company with approx 35 employees which isn't normal. They will sell the opportunity to you during the job interview and hype about their work environment, treatment, growth plans etc, and you will be sold and quit your stable job to join them, a couple of months later you'll sit down with the HR Management and hear about all the wrong things you did and nothing about the good things you did, and from that point on you know its a matter of time before you get politely fired. This company looks good on the outside, but frankly has quite an ugly work environment on the inside. Be careful do not join this company unless you are extremely disparate for a job.
