It became more political than performance :( Middle management has a lot of opinions rather than critical inputs to move to a better future High Performance is expected every single time, Prepare yourself for super energy levels No boundaries on responsibilities make things fluffy and recognition is lost :( More benefits and recognition for new employees, great changes however the old ones get lost
