      Bad upper management, they make you work Saturday but don't have enough work for the shift. Lied about work life balance and home life balance

      Decent pay and a chilly environment

      Cons

      Lots of work when machine is not running correctly. Understaffed with quite a bit of mandatory overtime. Little to no extra help in my area when the machine is not running correctly.
