Pros
I happened to have a great manager and PI. They were very relaxed and was never overworked. I can say no to anything as long as it is reasonable.
Cons
Low wage/salary, in addition to having to pay for parking as an employee. HR is never present, but I never had any problem so I didn't utilize them as a resource much.
