Great benefits! Emory gives you 6% contribution to your 403 (b) and also will match your contribution up to 3%. So if you contribute 2% of your salary Emory contributes 9%. Outside of retirement plans, Emory has great healthcare plans, wellness incentives, discounts, and even emergency back-up care for children and elderly. Emory really does a great job at helping their employees achieve a good work-life balance.
Cons
They take forever to promote or hire. May even take months.
