Type A environment - Anonymous employee Emory University Employee Review

Type A environment. Working 12 hours a day is expected. Long work hours are not rewarded. No merit increases for top performance. First place I've ever worked and not received a raise for outstanding job performance. Management is allowed to bully employees with no ramifications.
