A great place to work for the basics, great insurance, benefits, network, location and growth opportunities (If you know the right people). For people of color support groups are available to assist you with growing a community.
Cons
My personal experience I have been overworked and underpaid, I work well over 50hrs and I do not receive overtime, bonuses, or incentives. I do believe there are common practices of devaluing, very political, and I experienced discrimination, and many more conflicts in the work place.
