We have grown as an organisation in Wellingborough over the last few years from 120 to 230 employees. As a group we now employ around 480 employees across 4 locations around the UK and Australia. We are committed to supporting all of our employees in their careers and development and as a result many of our team have developed and progressed within the organisation. We are particularly proud of our Apprenticeship programme which gives all successful Apprentices the offer of a full-time role.
