Pros
- Colleagues are lovely and everyone tries to help each other - Very easy SaaS product to learn compared to some competitors so onboarding to being a CSM and supporting customers doesn’t take long - Not a lot of micromanagement. CSMs left to their own devices which is good for some - great work life balance, low stress job. No working late or weekends
Cons
- constant talk of having no money to spend. Lots of redundancies. Cancelled office parties. Created a negative environment. - bad benefits package that keeps reducing even further eg removed mental health support and mediation app - little to no hierarchy in roles which means little to no promotion progression. Eg everyone is just a CSM, no senior CSM or lead CSM. - restructured the CSM comp structure this year and it’s negatively effected the majority - engineering team is suffering lack of headcount. Many acquisitions and not a unified product.
