Pros

work with a good company (Schneider Electric)

Cons

give you an 8th grade level assessment, with at times misleading instructions, and sensors for the LED that are suppose to light up upon completing part of the assessments but either light up too early not at all. Understaffed. Staff that is there is disorganized and badly communicates to you about the assessment or other onboarding parts pf process. I was given a fake score of 0 because the computer skipped the second assessment giving me less time than it should have and didn't give me a place to record my answers. I scored well on first and third assessments despite less time. Staff its self was incapable of performing assessments. Staff member became mean during my time there.

Pros

Really like people I work with daily and Enjoy my customers.

Cons

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
