-Hours were tough, especially our Wednesdays (work from 8-9 am until finished submitting all payroll, which a lot of times was 7:30 pm or later)
-With the hours and what was expected, pay is too low
-The payroll coordinator department went through a huge shift where many employees were let go (some of them just started) and part of our job role was outsourced to other employees based out of India. That change was handled extremely poorly and all the coordinators had to take all the heat from branch managers.
-Overall, I found another job with better pay, hours, and I was able to get out in the middle of all the mess the department was in.
