Pros

-Great direct leadership on the operational side. -Continued growth/innovation; direct hire recruitment which is one of the pivots of growth is made a huge focus for the last year. -Great bonus structure, PTO structure, flexibility with schedule, and dependent on manager - no micro management.

Cons

-There have been massive layoffs consistently since 2024 with very little explanation or autonomy until it happens. -Local branch closures throughout; larger metro areas are made the focus. -Sales has been all over the place, minimal training, no structure, no autonomy, no transparency, no communication with ops, and so much turnover on top of layoffs due to underperforming sales managers. -Constant restructuring of leadership, and although direct leadership is great.. the changing of higher leadership and restructering is completely unnecessary. Billy is no longer with the company as CEO.

Due to the current economic uncertainty and a decline in demand for temporary workers, Employbridge has made the difficult decision to reduce our permanent workforce. We deeply value and appreciate the dedication and contributions of those affected by these changes. Thank you for your understanding and support during this challenging time.

Pros

Really like people I work with daily and Enjoy my customers.

Cons

They push out the wrong people. The ones who have been with company for a while that are in management are the problem. They don’t lead and don’t know how to lead. I’ve asked for help and been ignored, no response. All our support has been taken away, we’re on islands to fend for ourselves. Several people are set up for failure from the get go. All the people who just went to Florida have been with the company a while and no one knows what they do because they certainly aren’t helping BDMs. They blame BDMs saying we’re not bringing in agreements. We do but they don’t get filled and there’s nothing we can do about that. Managers don’t show up for meetings, they do a lot of talking about what’s going to happen and it never does.
