Coworkers were nice,but ma lot of backstabbing d.t fear of management goes on. The patients are nice but constantly complain about the place

If there were stars less than 1,I would use it.You're told to "get your head out of your butt" by mngr,told you're replaceable constantly,revolving door-pts comment on this too;very low wages and no raises-if u get a raise,u dont see it for months;everyone works their tail off but still told it's not good enough;the poor MA's are run ragged and talked to like dirt-as everyone else is;patients constantly complain about lack of care,no follow thru,noone calls them back, all Dr wants to do is more tests and doesnt explain results,cantget thru on phone,front desk look stressed beyond words while others stroll around leisurely chatting and laughing while pts are 3 deep at desk; horrible reputation as work environment
