good agency mission - Anonymous employee Employment Options Employee Review

I have worked on and off in different positions at Employment Options and I really enjoyed my time there. It is a really fun, comfortable place to work. They put at ease and you get to know everyone there. The supervisors are supportive and are committed to the place. If you give a 110 percent, they reward you with awards. I really miss working there, but it gave me the experience and self confidence to get another job and I visit frequently and still enjoy those relationships, parties and fun!!

Pay is minimum wage Sometimes proper training is lacking

Flexible in switching days off, fun place to work, small company so it’s personal , small bonuses every year but nothing to write home about

No raises in Catering Options which is which division I work unless the state minimum wage goes up, could go out of business with very little notice, company breaks even so far but management says it could go under any day so my advice working here is to also have a job elsewhere just in case
