Pros

Mission-driven organization with a strong commitment to expanding access to affordable healthcare. Employees are trusted with meaningful ownership and are encouraged to solve complex business challenges collaboratively. Teams are resilient, adaptable, and committed to supporting one another during periods of growth and change.

Cons

Ongoing organizational evolution sometimes requires balancing immediate operational needs with long-term process development. Certain functions are still scaling infrastructure and processes to match the speed of company growth.

Pros

At Empower, you have the opportunity to build a future that is dedicated to providing a healthy future for all. When I think of my grandkids, I know I am doing them and the community around them well by serving at Empower. Empower also takes great care of its employees as it's an employee first company. We love our machines and we love more those who help create and maintain them!

Cons

Commitment & Dedication - This isn't a company for those who are not committed to raising the standard each and every year.

Pros

A few things I'd tell anyone considering Empower: We're AI- and innovation-forward, so things move quickly and actually get done. We're early enough that you get to design the foundation, not inherit someone else's. And the mission is real — everyone supports getting patients access to affordable medicine, and the care for that mission is evident in everything we do. Fast, foundational, mission-driven, and team forward.

Cons

Fast pace and a still-being-built foundation cut both ways: priorities shift quickly, some processes and tools are still maturing, and there's more ambiguity and manual work than at an established company. It's a strong fit if you're energized by building and comfortable with change — a harder one if you want everything structured and settled on day one.
