Pros
Great health care benefits. Used to be great place to work. They used to live up to their Core Values until the former President stepped away from the company. Glory days are in the past.
Cons
Horrible communication top down. Can't pay people accurately based on their own pay structures (commission reports are often inaccurate and left up to local leadership to "figure out how" to provide to their sales reps. New Clawbacks system for commission are setup based on a flawed commission structure. Territory pay means you'll get clawbacks for companies you've never spoken with before but did work in your territory. AR team talks to a small handful of the worst offenders that haven't paid. No account monitoring until they've reached a disgusting past due amount. At which point good luck getting them to pay and avoiding clawbacks on commission you've been paid. Almost all senior Leadership comes from outside the equipment rental industry. Decisions aren't made to help rent equipment but instead to squeeze blood out of turnips. Almost all district sales managers were either demoted, resigned or let go as of a week or two ago. No career growth for sales. Could go on for days. Rule #1 ... Don't mess with people's pay.
