Regarding your comment about management, we would like to assure you that our managers are highly qualified and possess the necessary professional skills to effectively lead and manage their teams. Additionally, we believe in a culture of open communication and collaboration, and we do hold regular one-to-one meetings with our employees to discuss performance, provide feedback, and offer support as needed.
In terms of training and development, we invest heavily in our employees' growth and provide various opportunities for learning and development. From on-the-job training to formal classroom sessions and online courses, we strive to ensure that our employees have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Regarding turnover, we understand that it can be challenging when employees leave, but we would like to clarify that our company actually has a high staff retention rate. Many of our employees have been with us for several years and have enjoyed long, successful careers at Empowering Learning.
