Pros

You definitely learn to handle pressure... mostly because you don't have a choice.

Cons

There's a strong push to perform, but expectations don't always stay consistent, so you're working toward something that feels like it keeps shifting just enough to throw you off, and instead of building momentum, you're constantly recalibrating, which makes it difficult to feel like you're actually progressing.

Pros

There aren't any pros working for Empowerly. The company might seem great and look prestigious on the outside, but that's all just a facade to hide how rotten and toxic the company truly is. Employees keep leaving because working here is miserable and unrewarding. Save yourself the trouble and stay away. Trust me.

Cons

The company isn't interested in investing in employee growth at all, and simply views them as nothing more than disposable pawns. You'll be subjected to working long hours, assigned brutal workloads, and made to meet unreasonable expectations all the time without any support from management. If you fall behind for whatever reason, don't expect to have a job by the end of the month. The base salary is terrible, and there aren't a lot of opportunities to advance, so don't even bother trying your best, because the only reward you'll be getting is a heavier workload. The leadership is controlling and abusive; they need to know what's going on at all times, and require employees to get their approval before doing anything, which does nothing but hinder progress and waste time. They also have a tendency to yell at anyone who displeases them. The management isn't any better; they often harass employees for their own amusement and bully them into running personal errands for them.
