Purely merit-based recruitment after a rigorous exercise. Pay is equitable with a base pay and premium for each year of experience policies are staff friendly and management is approachable.
Cons
We work full-time in the office while everything is electronic. I believe the support function can work work remotely at least for 2 days in a week
