Pros
Pro: taking on young people and getting government funding to train them to not a very high standard and then not paying them at the end of apprenticeship and not giving them a job
Cons
Had to travel an 80 miles round trip, never got any travel allowance, at end of apprenticeship none of us were paid our final wage and just keep getting fobbed off with excuses. Had to fight for our certificates. And out of 33 of us that started none of us were offered a full time job. I gave a one star rating because i can't give zero stars. Was promised either a rail card or travel paid, after they moved us to Rotherham from Scunthorpe, neither were provided. Made us travel hundreds of miles for night shift and only paid us an extra £10
