Pros

- Competitive Salaries, although with in April a compensation plan restructure took away any potential for high end wages or incentive to work. - Fully remote, except when you travel on site for clients, which for me was very little at first but every quarter it seemed to be a little more common until I was traveling every week to 2 weeks at 2 to 5 days per trip. - I really liked middle management.

Cons

- I put in a 2 weeks notice and was not paid my final pay check. The reasoning is because I attending training. The training was employer requested, the cost of the training was not communicated to me or any idea that this would need to be repaid somehow. Lesson learned if you currently work at EP and have taken training, leave without notice or you won't get paid. - Management has changed a lot in the last 3 to 4 months which hasn't been bad but just makes you wonder what's happening. - Our compensation plans had major changes this Spring leaving us with lower pay and we were not communicated the details of the compensation plan until 2 weeks before they took effect. - There is always turnover in consulting, but we have had at least 25% of the staff quit or be fired this summer alone. As well as major management roles quitting including the COO and CTO and they have not been replaced. - No ability to understand how you are doing, there are no peer reviews, or management reviews, or individual goals, no room for promotions, and raises are never discusses. So get a good entry salary, because it won't change. - No company culture, everyone is remote and very little attempt to make employees feel like they are more than hourly billable income to the company.

Pros

- Working remotely, although travel had become more frequent in my last 6 months with the company. - There are still one or two skilled developers at the company.

Cons

- High Turnover in leadership and delivery positions - Projects frequently fail or go far over budget due to high turnover rates. In the last 12 months, about half of my projects were those where I was pulled in when another resource quit. - Middle managers are over-burdened with non-management (ie build/delivery) work - Many talented EnablePathers have left. Only a handful of people have been there > 2 years. - Not much opportunity for advancement - Small teams with little interaction from others in your role, meaning fewer chances to learn from more experienced TAs, SAs, and EMs. - Many newer developers seem to be knowledgeable about coding in general, but it seemed like they were still trying to learn how to code in Salesforce. Ran into many issues where a dev wasn't aware of certain standard functionality in Salesforce or would write code that caused a governor limit error.
