Pros
Was with spectra, now enbridge. Pro is hoping that they will stop soon with cuts. Remember that you need good employees to keep a company running. Supposed to get a bonus.
Cons
Lots of personnel cuts etc. So far all take and no give. There is much work to do with less personnel and they seem like they want to cut back on OT. Don't know how that works
