Pros
I enjoy the fast pace work that I am part of each day. No two days are ever the same in the staffing industry. Being able to place employees into great companies where they find meaningful work and create value for society is a constant thrill for our team. Being part of a much larger organization (Georgia-Pacific and Koch Industries) allows us to offer a wide array of work, work locations, as well as gives us access to a wealth of resources that many others in our industry don't have. It's part of what we call the Encadria Edge.

As of today, there are 10 offices, but we are licensed in 36 states.
