      -Free meals -Booming industry that is as close to "recession-proof" as there is -Company is always looking to grow and has expanded globally over the last few years

      Cons

      -Extreme changes that seem to be targeted out of getting more out of employees without proper compensation -Hard to have life outside of work -Non-competitive compensation -Employee moral is at an all-time low with no end in sight

      Pros

      Management worked long hours onsite alongside the staff, including weekends! They took time to correct timecard mistakes, approve PTO, and make sure everyone was getting paid for time worked. Robert Albino's knowledge of the operation and ability to coach staff really stood out in the best way!|

      Cons

      Would enjoy more food trucks since there are not a lot of lunch options nearby.
