- friendly coworkers - free complimentary lunch on wednesdays for staff - patient care duties

Cons

- too chaotic - coworkers gossip A LOT - other disciplines can get very needy and try to put as much on pharmacy as possible - pay is OK but does not balance to how much pharmacy is expected to do
