      -Team members frequently take on multiple roles/wear a lot of hats, which can sometimes lead to a high workload -Occasional staffing shortages can increase workload temporarily

      Pros

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
