      Horrible administration but great coworkers - Case Manager Encompass Health Employee Review

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers with a sense of humor. Great pay and benefits (paid time off).

      Cons

      Administration cared more about money than about patients. Patients were often stuck at the hospital for weeks or months because family members didn't to take them home. Long hours, medical equipment companies were a nightmare.
