Provide Great Services for Patients and Communities that you can be proud of. Fairly decent insurance and dental coverage for employees and families
Cons
Much of the upper hospital management is way over placed. They do not understand what it is their employees do or what is involved in getting things done. They hide out - only to be seen if something is wrong.
