The hypocrisy is real. Management is very short, refuses to take the time to train people but wants flawless results quickly without having to explain themselves.
Fires or let’s people go very quickly. Literally they are looking for reasons to give you a bad review or let you go. I never felt “safe” in this job.
Anytime census is low they cut hours to make sure they are still making a profit. This happens often. Expect zero PTO left because you will use it to try and make up for required cut hours.
Management barks orders without please or thank yous, They sends emails without full sentences and gets angry when you ask for clarification. My “manager” had less experience than I did and was given her job over more qualified candidates based solely on the fact that she was well liked. It’s sink or swim here.
Micromanaging is common place and anytime your disagree or voice concerns they accuse you of not representing the values of the company. This didn’t happen to me but i saw it happen all the time to others. Everyone is looking at who they can point a finger to blame issues on and teamwork isn’t happening.
