      Charting system needs updating. Sometimes patient to nurse or aide ratio too high. True of most cases in the health care profession.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
