Pros
-Good environment for starting out a career -Good therapy staff. Everyone is willing to lend a hand when needed (ex. assist with max transfers)
Cons
Productivity standards, high patient caseload, less time for quality treatment for patients, disconnect between therapy staff and nursing staff (but this seems typical across the board)
