      Toxic environment Unrealistic and unobtainable goals put on marketing team Management is uneducated and undeserving of their titles. Ie...useless

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Cons

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
