Cons
Leadership positions are given to people that are cool rather than committed or well prepared. Company tends to protect employees to the point that Directors are not respected. Regional leaders don't listen to what facility leaders believe and impose their criteria. Employee's achievements are celebrated while Director achievements are overlooked or ignored, although of course this depends on who you are friends with. Company pays too much attention to gossip and take it in consideration to stop your growth. Company overall is hungry for money. Pay is average. No career advancement unless you become friends with Regional team.
