      Pros

      easy job, don't need experience, nice people. Love the people who work here, they all want to make sure everything is okay.

      Cons

      long weekend hours, by yourself most of the time, Supervisor gets really stressed. I enjoy the people but my supervisor gets really stressed and starts yelling at people.

      There is fulfillment from helping patients regain independence after injury or illness. Encompass Health promotes diversity and inclusion. There is a good work life balance. Wide range of benefits. An overall positive work environment!

      Encompass could recognize more holidays for employees as well compensate salaries to match cost-of-living for the area better.
