Pros
They are a very flexible company, the managers are normally very accommodating to your schedule and will build it around you. Also, the employees are usually really cool and it can be a fun atmosphere at times.
Cons
There is very low pay for your work, the company only pays 5 dollars an hour and you make the rest of your money off of tips, often low because many people are in distress of having to be at a hospital in the first place. They also understaff all the time, which leads to large backups and angry customers. In addition to this, this often has to make you stay overtime unless you want your coworkers to frown upon you.
