Pros
The Leadership at Endless Entertainment had a lot of the great qualities you would want in a fast paced, creative production schedule. They were always honest and transparent when it came to what needed to get done, and what was realistic in shipping good quality content without sacrificing the well being of their employees. They always gave recognition to the team, and encouraged everyone to be their best. Another great quality of their leadership was their ability to have no problem taking time out of their busy schedule to have 1 on 1's with each and every employee. It really made the production experience and problem solving process easier to work through and reach a collective goal. This quality also made employees feel valued and driven to perform well. Given the right timing and circumstances, I would work under their leadership again, and hope to see new content out in the marketplace.
Cons
The time was too short lived. This team and its leadership was very open to innovation and creative input from any of its team members. Not having any scheduling or creative control really held back what they are truly capable of. Given the fair amount of creative control would really make its leadership and dev team shine and not disappoint.
