Pros

There are no pros working for this "company."

Cons

-You will be expected to work for free so you can get "experience". -You will be expected to clean the bathroom since management is too cheap to hire a janitor. -You will be gaslit by Amy. Multiple times. -You will not get paid what you think you will. -You will be expected to attend conference call after work hours, even during weekends. -You will be expected to take management's passive aggressive threats.

Pros

I met a lot of nice people in this position and gained many valuable leadership skills that I have used to gain a better position.

Cons

The pay is often wrong, you are often encouraged to work for free in order to further in your cycle of development. The office will accept a void cheque from you and they will never set up the direct deposit to your account. Management requires that you take on leadership roles on your own time to further in your cycle of development. When you are finally full time you will work 6 days a week for 12 ish hours. You are expected to be at the office at 7 am and they will not pay you until 8:30 -9:30 then they will pay you for one hour before the event that you are sent too. Finally you are, expected to use your own personal cell phone for the job, this requires you to use a large amout of data on a day to day basis. It is recommended that you increase your data plan for the duration of your employment as well as the job requires that you drive your own vehicles around a 2-hour area to daily events with no compensation for gas or the time that you spend in the car. In the end over half of the time that you work is not paid for, you are shamed into work for free to help in the development "off your team", all and all this was the worst job that I ever had, I would avoid unless you this is the lifetime career that you intend on having.
