Pros

Doctors and employees at the office level are some of the best around!

Cons

Operations leadership focuses more on micromanagement rather than training/developing. Promotions are given without posting the positions and are usually given to those that senior leadership likes the most - not based on experience or results. Company is constantly changing policies and procedures, often feels very disorganized.

Working for a growing start-up allows for trial/error. We understand the way this is done and the way change is communicated makes a big difference for the employees impacted when changes occur. Otherwise, it can feel very disorganized. We will keep this in mind for the future and thank you for sharing your experience with us. We hate to hear that you felt like you were micromanaged and didn’t have an avenue to share this feedback while you were working for us. You offer great advice to management, which will be shared. Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We agree… we have the best endodontists and staff around! Thank you for taking the time to review our company. We are only 3 years old so we are learning lessons along the way. Take care!

Pros

I have some flexibility in this role

Cons

High turnover rate. This company constantly demanding more from employees but not willing to give back. Managers do not listen to their employees when they offer up solutions to problems. This company acts like it cares about their employees, but in reality, they don’t. I have experienced it firsthand. Your hard work is thankless. The COO only wants to do things her way, which is not always the best way.
