Pros
You will be surrounded by hard working individuals who are very passionate about the automotive and sim-racing world. The design / engineering team is very creative and resourceful in terms of using the latest and greatest technology and the leadership is not afraid to take the right risks.
Cons
Unfortunately, as is often the case, working in a "gaming" company will be leveraged against you, you will be underpaid, and you will be under appreciated as the assumption is that you are replaceable. Development processes and cross functional processes need much more maturity given the company's size. CEO is a screamer and does not lead by example. Did I mention that you will be underpaid?
