Lack of communication When the direction was unclear, I asked questions only to be told, "you should already know". When the direction was unclear again, I took the initiative. Lack of understanding When I proposed a solution to a problem, my direct manager misinterpreted what I said and proceeded to argue against that misinterpretation for the next 15+ minutes. When I tried to clarify, he told me to stop arguing and accept his authority. Lack of support When I addressed my concerns, the reply was, "that is your problem. What are YOU doing about it?" I studied. I learned as much as I could about the company. I trained myself. I worked weekends. I worked late. I worked early. I had nothing left to give them. I left.
