Most of the people are the best to work with they really care about you as a person Used to be treated as a person and not a number and some of that culture is still around
Cons
Merging with Regions has taken a lot away from what made this company so great to work for. There used to be pride in the fact that people would be here for a long time now it feels like the people that are coming in new are more important then those that have given years to the company.
