Pros
Trust to handle a variety of work and responsibility. Some good co-workers.
Cons
Will be forced to do two or more person's full time job duties, when they lay them off or they quit because of the climate and work demand. Will not pay you more for doing two or three people's jobs and no overtime, but expect you to work off the clock to keep up. Will get harassed, demeaned and bullied for falling behind. Management and promotion is by sucking up to higher managment. HR colludes with Management and says and does nothing.
