Pros

The managers do seem to be willing to do what it takes for the help desk team to do what they need to do. Also, employees are kind and give gratitude for the work done.

Cons

Managers do not work well together; this causes uncertainty and makes projects take a lot longer than needed. Everyone believes they're the most important user and never wants to follow the protocol for requesting help.

Cons

Every aspect of the job. We do not maintain equipment. Only repair it or make it go again. Sweltering conditions.
