      Steady work is the only Pros.THATS all.

      Cons

      Terrible shift work always changing the schedule yearly.Low pay,pention is garbage,health benefits not too bad.Too much micro managing,management act like they care,but they really don’t.They push a lot of work on the plumbers.Its a very lazy job.The union sucks.

      A lot of job security easy work

      because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
